Ar-Rahmaan

ٱلرَّحْمَٰنُ ﴿١﴾

Alrrahmanu

The Most Beneficent (Allah)! The Noble Quran

عَلَّمَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ ﴿٢﴾

AAallama alqurana

Has taught (you mankind) the Quran (by His Mercy). The Noble Quran

خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ ﴿٣﴾

Khalaqa alinsana

He created man. The Noble Quran

عَلَّمَهُ ٱلْبَيَانَ ﴿٤﴾

AAallamahu albayana

He taught him eloquent speech. The Noble Quran

ٱلشَّمْسُ وَٱلْقَمَرُ بِحُسْبَانٍ ﴿٥﴾

Alshshamsu waalqamaru bihusbanin

The sun and the moon run on their fixed courses (exactly) calculated with measured out stages for each (for reckoning, etc.). The Noble Quran

وَٱلنَّجْمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسْجُدَانِ ﴿٦﴾

Waalnnajmu waalshshajaru yasjudani

And the herbs (or stars) and the trees both prostrate. The Noble Quran

وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلْمِيزَانَ ﴿٧﴾

Waalssamaa rafaAAaha wawadaAAa almeezana

And the heaven He has raised high, and He has set up the Balance. The Noble Quran

أَلَّا تَطْغَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْمِيزَانِ ﴿٨﴾

Alla tatghaw fee almeezani

In order that you may not transgress (due) balance. The Noble Quran

وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلْوَزْنَ بِٱلْقِسْطِ وَلَا تُخْسِرُوا۟ ٱلْمِيزَانَ ﴿٩﴾

Waaqeemoo alwazna bialqisti wala tukhsiroo almeezana

And observe the weight with equity and do not make the balance deficient. The Noble Quran

وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلْأَنَامِ ﴿١٠﴾

Waalarda wadaAAaha lilanami

And the earth He has put for the creatures. The Noble Quran

فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٌ وَٱلنَّخْلُ ذَاتُ ٱلْأَكْمَامِ ﴿١١﴾

Feeha fakihatun waalnnakhlu thatu alakmami

Therein are fruits, date-palms producing sheathed fruit-stalks (enclosing dates). The Noble Quran

وَٱلْحَبُّ ذُو ٱلْعَصْفِ وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ ﴿١٢﴾

Waalhabbu thoo alAAasfi waalrrayhani

And also corn, with (its) leaves and stalk for fodder, and sweet-scented plants. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿١٣﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

خَلَقَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلْصَٰلٍ كَٱلْفَخَّارِ ﴿١٤﴾

Khalaqa alinsana min salsalin kaalfakhkhari

He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery. The Noble Quran

وَخَلَقَ ٱلْجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ ﴿١٥﴾

Wakhalaqa aljanna min marijin min narin

And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿١٦﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ ﴿١٧﴾

Rabbu almashriqayni warabbu almaghribayni

(He is) the Lord of the two easts (places of sunrise during early summer and early winter) and the Lord of the two wests (places of sunset during early summer and early winter). The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿١٨﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ ﴿١٩﴾

Maraja albahrayni yaltaqiyani

He has let loosed the two seas (the salt water and the sweet) meeting together. The Noble Quran

بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ ﴿٢٠﴾

Baynahuma barzakhun la yabghiyani

Between them is a barrier which none of them can transgress. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٢١﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ ﴿٢٢﴾

Yakhruju minhuma alluluo waalmarjanu

Out of them both come out pearl and coral. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٢٣﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

وَلَهُ ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ فِى ٱلْبَحْرِ كَٱلْأَعْلَٰمِ ﴿٢٤﴾

Walahu aljawari almunshaatu fee albahri kaalaAAlami

And His are the ships going and coming in the seas, like mountains. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٢٥﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

كُلُّ مَنْ عَلَيْهَا فَانٍ ﴿٢٦﴾

Kullu man AAalayha fanin

Whatsoever is on it (the earth) will perish. The Noble Quran

وَيَبْقَىٰ وَجْهُ رَبِّكَ ذُو ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ ﴿٢٧﴾

Wayabqa wajhu rabbika thoo aljalali waalikrami

And the Face of your Lord full of Majesty and Honour will abide forever. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٢٨﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ هُوَ فِى شَأْنٍ ﴿٢٩﴾

Yasaluhu man fee alssamawati waalardi kulla yawmin huwa fee shanin

Whosoever is in the heavens and on earth begs of Him (its needs from Him). Every day He has a matter to bring forth (such as giving honour to some, disgrace to some, life to some, death to some, etc.)! The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٣٠﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

سَنَفْرُغُ لَكُمْ أَيُّهَ ٱلثَّقَلَانِ ﴿٣١﴾

Sanafrughu lakum ayyuha alththaqalani

We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٣٢﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

يَٰمَعْشَرَ ٱلْجِنِّ وَٱلْإِنسِ إِنِ ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ أَن تَنفُذُوا۟ مِنْ أَقْطَارِ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱنفُذُوا۟ لَا تَنفُذُونَ إِلَّا بِسُلْطَٰنٍ ﴿٣٣﴾

Ya maAAshara aljinni waalinsi ini istataAAtum an tanfuthoo min aqtari alssamawati waalardi faonfuthoo la tanfuthoona illa bisultanin

O assembly of jinns and men! If you have power to pass beyond the zones of the heavens and the earth, then pass (them)! But you will never be able to pass them, except with authority (from Allah)! The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٣٤﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

يُرْسَلُ عَلَيْكُمَا شُوَاظٌ مِّن نَّارٍ وَنُحَاسٌ فَلَا تَنتَصِرَانِ ﴿٣٥﴾

Yursalu AAalaykuma shuwathun min narin wanuhasun fala tantasirani

There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٣٦﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فَإِذَا ٱنشَقَّتِ ٱلسَّمَآءُ فَكَانَتْ وَرْدَةً كَٱلدِّهَانِ ﴿٣٧﴾

Faitha inshaqqati alssamao fakanat wardatan kaalddihani

Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٣٨﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَّا يُسْـَٔلُ عَن ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ إِنسٌ وَلَا جَآنٌّ ﴿٣٩﴾

Fayawmaithin la yusalu AAan thanbihi insun wala jannun

So on that Day no question will be asked of man or jinn as to his sin, (because they have already been known from their faces either white or black). The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٤٠﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

يُعْرَفُ ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمْ فَيُؤْخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ ﴿٤١﴾

YuAArafu almujrimoona biseemahum fayukhathu bialnnawasee waalaqdami

The Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) will be known by their marks (black faces), and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٤٢﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِى يُكَذِّبُ بِهَا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ ﴿٤٣﴾

Hathihi jahannamu allatee yukaththibu biha almujrimoona

This is Hell which the Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, sinners, etc.) denied. The Noble Quran

يَطُوفُونَ بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ حَمِيمٍ ءَانٍ ﴿٤٤﴾

Yatoofoona baynaha wabayna hameemin anin

They will go between it (Hell) and the boiling hot water! The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٤٥﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ ﴿٤٦﴾

Waliman khafa maqama rabbihi jannatani

But for him who [the true believer of Islamic Monotheism who performs all the duties ordained by Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW, and keeps away (abstain) from all kinds of sin and evil deeds prohibited in Islam and] fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٤٧﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍ ﴿٤٨﴾

Thawata afnanin

With spreading branches; The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٤٩﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ ﴿٥٠﴾

Feehima AAaynani tajriyani

In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٥١﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ ﴿٥٢﴾

Feehima min kulli fakihatin zawjani

In them (both) will be every kind of fruit in pairs. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٥٣﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ ﴿٥٤﴾

Muttakieena AAala furushin batainuha min istabraqin wajana aljannatayni danin

Reclining upon the couches lined with silk brocade, and the fruits of the two Gardens will be near at hand. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٥٥﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ ﴿٥٦﴾

Feehinna qasiratu alttarfi lam yatmithhunna insun qablahum wala jannun

Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٥٧﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ ﴿٥٨﴾

Kaannahunna alyaqootu waalmarjanu

(In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٥٩﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَٰنُ ﴿٦٠﴾

Hal jazao alihsani illa alihsanu

Is there any reward for good other than good? The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦١﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ ﴿٦٢﴾

Wamin doonihima jannatani

And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٣﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ ﴿٦٤﴾

Mudhammatani

Dark green (in colour). The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٥﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ ﴿٦٦﴾

Feehima AAaynani naddakhatani

In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٧﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِمَا فَٰكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ ﴿٦٨﴾

Feehima fakihatun wanakhlun warummanun

In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٦٩﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌ ﴿٧٠﴾

Feehinna khayratun hisanun

Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٧١﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ ﴿٧٢﴾

Hoorun maqsooratun fee alkhiyami

Houris (beautiful, fair females) restrained in pavilions; The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٧٣﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ ﴿٧٤﴾

Lam yatmithhunna insun qablahum wala jannun

Whom no man or jinn yatmithhunna (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٧٥﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍ ﴿٧٦﴾

Muttakieena AAala rafrafin khudrin waAAabqariyyin hisanin

Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. The Noble Quran

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ﴿٧٧﴾

Fabiayyi alai rabbikuma tukaththibani

Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? The Noble Quran

تَبَٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ ﴿٧٨﴾

Tabaraka ismu rabbika thee aljalali waalikrami

Blessed be the Name of your Lord (Allah), the Owner of Majesty and Honour. The Noble Quran
