Saad 1

صٓ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ذِى ٱلذِّكْرِ ﴿١﴾

Sad waalqurani thee alththikri

Sad [These letters (Sad etc.) are one of the miracles of the Quran and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings]. By the Quran full of reminding. The Noble Quran

Saad 2

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى عِزَّةٍ وَشِقَاقٍ ﴿٢﴾

Bali allatheena kafaroo fee AAizzatin washiqaqin

Nay, those who desbelieve are in false pride and opposition. The Noble Quran

Saad 3

كَمْ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَبْلِهِم مِّن قَرْنٍ فَنَادَوا۟ وَّلَاتَ حِينَ مَنَاصٍ ﴿٣﴾

Kam ahlakna min qablihim min qarnin fanadaw walata heena manasin

How many a generation We have destroyed before them, and they cried out when there was no longer time for escape! The Noble Quran

Saad 4

وَعَجِبُوٓا۟ أَن جَآءَهُم مُّنذِرٌ مِّنْهُمْ وَقَالَ ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ هَٰذَا سَٰحِرٌ كَذَّابٌ ﴿٤﴾

WaAAajiboo an jaahum munthirun minhum waqala alkafiroona hatha sahirun kaththabun

And they (Arab pagans) wonder that a warner (Prophet Muhammad SAW) has come to them from among themselves! And the disbelievers say: "This (Prophet Muhammad SAW) is a sorcerer, a liar. The Noble Quran

Saad 5

أَجَعَلَ ٱلْءَالِهَةَ إِلَٰهًا وَٰحِدًا إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَىْءٌ عُجَابٌ ﴿٥﴾

AjaAAala alalihata ilahan wahidan inna hatha lashayon AAujabun

"Has he made the aliha (gods) (all) into One Ilah (God - Allah). Verily, this is a curious thing!" The Noble Quran

Saad 6

وَٱنطَلَقَ ٱلْمَلَأُ مِنْهُمْ أَنِ ٱمْشُوا۟ وَٱصْبِرُوا۟ عَلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِكُمْ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَشَىْءٌ يُرَادُ ﴿٦﴾

Waintalaqa almalao minhum ani imshoo waisbiroo AAala alihatikum inna hatha lashayon yuradu

And the leaders among them went about (saying): "Go on, and remain constant to your aliha (gods)! Verily, This is a thing designed (against you)! The Noble Quran

Saad 7

مَا سَمِعْنَا بِهَٰذَا فِى ٱلْمِلَّةِ ٱلْءَاخِرَةِ إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا ٱخْتِلَٰقٌ ﴿٧﴾

Ma samiAAna bihatha fee almillati alakhirati in hatha illa ikhtilaqun

"We have not heard (the like) of this among the people of these later days. This is nothing but an invention! The Noble Quran

Saad 8

أَءُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ٱلذِّكْرُ مِنۢ بَيْنِنَا بَلْ هُمْ فِى شَكٍّ مِّن ذِكْرِى بَل لَّمَّا يَذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابِ ﴿٨﴾

Aonzila AAalayhi alththikru min baynina bal hum fee shakkin min thikree bal lamma yathooqoo AAathabi

"Has the Reminder been sent down to him (alone) from among us?" Nay! but they are in doubt about My Reminder (this Quran)! Nay, but they have not tasted (My) Torment! The Noble Quran

Saad 9

أَمْ عِندَهُمْ خَزَآئِنُ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّكَ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْوَهَّابِ ﴿٩﴾

Am AAindahum khazainu rahmati rabbika alAAazeezi alwahhabi

Or have they the treasures of the Mercy of your Lord, the All-Mighty, the Real Bestower? The Noble Quran

Saad 10

أَمْ لَهُم مُّلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فَلْيَرْتَقُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَسْبَٰبِ ﴿١٠﴾

Am lahum mulku alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma falyartaqoo fee alasbabi

Or is it that the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them is theirs? If so, let them ascend up with means (to the heavens)! The Noble Quran

Saad 11

جُندٌ مَّا هُنَالِكَ مَهْزُومٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَحْزَابِ ﴿١١﴾

Jundun ma hunalika mahzoomun mina alahzabi

(As they denied Allah's Message) they will be a defeated host like the confederates of the old times (who were defeated). The Noble Quran

Saad 12

كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ وَعَادٌ وَفِرْعَوْنُ ذُو ٱلْأَوْتَادِ ﴿١٢﴾

Kaththabat qablahum qawmu noohin waAAadun wafirAAawnu thoo alawtadi

Before them (were many who) belied Messengers, the people of Nuh (Noah); and 'Ad; and Fir'aun (Pharaoh) the man of stakes (with which he used to punish the people), The Noble Quran

Saad 13

وَثَمُودُ وَقَوْمُ لُوطٍ وَأَصْحَٰبُ لْـَٔيْكَةِ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ٱلْأَحْزَابُ ﴿١٣﴾

Wathamoodu waqawmu lootin waashabu alaykati olaika alahzabu

And Thamud, and the people of Lout (Lot), and the dwellers of the wood; such were the confederates. The Noble Quran

Saad 14

إِن كُلٌّ إِلَّا كَذَّبَ ٱلرُّسُلَ فَحَقَّ عِقَابِ ﴿١٤﴾

In kullun illa kaththaba alrrusula fahaqqa AAiqabi

Not one of them but belied the Messengers, therefore My Torment was justified, The Noble Quran

Saad 15

وَمَا يَنظُرُ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِلَّا صَيْحَةً وَٰحِدَةً مَّا لَهَا مِن فَوَاقٍ ﴿١٥﴾

Wama yanthuru haolai illa sayhatan wahidatan ma laha min fawaqin

And these only wait for a single Saihah [shout (i.e. the blowing of the Trumpet by the angel Israfil Sarafil)] there will be no pause or ending thereto [till everything will perish except Allah (the only God full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour)]. The Noble Quran

Saad 16

وَقَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبْلَ يَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ ﴿١٦﴾

Waqaloo rabbana AAajjil lana qittana qabla yawmi alhisabi

They say: "Our Lord! Hasten to us Qittana (i.e. our Record of good and bad deeds so that we see it) before the Day of Reckoning!" The Noble Quran

Saad 17

ٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَا دَاوُۥدَ ذَا ٱلْأَيْدِ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ ﴿١٧﴾

Isbir AAala ma yaqooloona waothkur AAabdana dawooda tha alaydi innahu awwabun

Be patient (O Muhammad SAW) of what they say, and remember Our slave Dawud (David), endued with power. Verily, he was ever oft-returning in all matters and in repentance (toward Allah). The Noble Quran

Saad 18

إِنَّا سَخَّرْنَا ٱلْجِبَالَ مَعَهُۥ يُسَبِّحْنَ بِٱلْعَشِىِّ وَٱلْإِشْرَاقِ ﴿١٨﴾

Inna sakhkharna aljibala maAAahu yusabbihna bialAAashiyyi waalishraqi

Verily, We made the mountains to glorify Our Praises with him [Dawud (David)] in the 'Ashi (i.e. after the mid-day till sunset) and Ishraq (i.e. after the sunrise till mid-day). The Noble Quran

Saad 19

وَٱلطَّيْرَ مَحْشُورَةً كُلٌّ لَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ ﴿١٩﴾

Waalttayra mahshooratan kullun lahu awwabun

And (so did) the birds assembled: all with him [Dawud (David)] did turn (to Allah i.e. glorified His Praises). The Noble Quran

Saad 20

وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيْنَٰهُ ٱلْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ ٱلْخِطَابِ ﴿٢٠﴾

Washadadna mulkahu waataynahu alhikmata wafasla alkhitabi

We made his kingdom strong and gave him Al-Hikmah (Prophethood, etc.) and sound judgement in speech and decision. The Noble Quran

Saad 21

وَهَلْ أَتَىٰكَ نَبَؤُا۟ ٱلْخَصْمِ إِذْ تَسَوَّرُوا۟ ٱلْمِحْرَابَ ﴿٢١﴾

Wahal ataka nabao alkhasmi ith tasawwaroo almihraba

And has the news of the litigants reached you? When they climbed over the wall into (his) Mihrab (a praying place or a private room,). The Noble Quran

Saad 22

إِذْ دَخَلُوا۟ عَلَىٰ دَاوُۥدَ فَفَزِعَ مِنْهُمْ قَالُوا۟ لَا تَخَفْ خَصْمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعْضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ فَٱحْكُم بَيْنَنَا بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا تُشْطِطْ وَٱهْدِنَآ إِلَىٰ سَوَآءِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ ﴿٢٢﴾

Ith dakhaloo AAala dawooda fafaziAAa minhum qaloo la takhaf khasmani bagha baAAduna AAala baAAdin faohkum baynana bialhaqqi wala tushtit waihdina ila sawai alssirati

When they entered in upon Dawud (David), he was terrified of them, they said: "Fear not! (We are) two litigants, one of whom has wronged the other, therefore judge between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, and guide us to the Right Way. The Noble Quran

Saad 23

إِنَّ هَٰذَآ أَخِى لَهُۥ تِسْعٌ وَتِسْعُونَ نَعْجَةً وَلِىَ نَعْجَةٌ وَٰحِدَةٌ فَقَالَ أَكْفِلْنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِى فِى ٱلْخِطَابِ ﴿٢٣﴾

Inna hatha akhee lahu tisAAun watisAAoona naAAjatan waliya naAAjatun wahidatun faqala akfilneeha waAAazzanee fee alkhitabi

Verily, this my brother (in religion) has ninety nine ewes, while I have (only) one ewe, and he says: "Hand it over to me, and he overpowered me in speech." The Noble Quran

Saad 24

قَالَ لَقَدْ ظَلَمَكَ بِسُؤَالِ نَعْجَتِكَ إِلَىٰ نِعَاجِهِۦ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِّنَ ٱلْخُلَطَآءِ لَيَبْغِى بَعْضُهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَقَلِيلٌ مَّا هُمْ وَظَنَّ دَاوُۥدُ أَنَّمَا فَتَنَّٰهُ فَٱسْتَغْفَرَ رَبَّهُۥ وَخَرَّ رَاكِعًا وَأَنَابَ ﴿٢٤﴾

Qala laqad thalamaka bisuali naAAjatika ila niAAajihi wainna katheeran mina alkhulatai layabghee baAAduhum AAala baAAdin illa allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati waqaleelun ma hum wathanna dawoodu annama fatannahu faistaghfara rabbahu wakharra rakiAAan waanaba

[Dawud (David)] said (immediately without listening to the opponent): "He has wronged you in demanding your ewe in addition to his ewes. And, verily, many partners oppress one another, except those who believe and do righteous good deeds, and they are few." And Dawud (David) guessed that We have tried him and he sought Forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allah) in repentance. The Noble Quran

Saad 25

فَغَفَرْنَا لَهُۥ ذَٰلِكَ وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلْفَىٰ وَحُسْنَ مَـَٔابٍ ﴿٢٥﴾

Faghafarna lahu thalika wainna lahu AAindana lazulfa wahusna maabin

So We forgave him that, and verily, for him is a near access to Us, and a good place of (final) return (Paradise). The Noble Quran

Saad 26

يَٰدَاوُۥدُ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَٰكَ خَلِيفَةً فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ فَٱحْكُم بَيْنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ ٱلْهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌۢ بِمَا نَسُوا۟ يَوْمَ ٱلْحِسَابِ ﴿٢٦﴾

Ya dawoodu inna jaAAalnaka khaleefatan fee alardi faohkum bayna alnnasi bialhaqqi wala tattabiAAi alhawa fayudillaka AAan sabeeli Allahi inna allatheena yadilloona AAan sabeeli Allahi lahum AAathabun shadeedun bima nasoo yawma alhisabi

O Dawud (David)! Verily! We have placed you as a successor on earth, so judge you between men in truth (and justice) and follow not your desire for it will mislead you from the Path of Allah. Verily! Those who wander astray from the Path of Allah (shall) have a severe torment, because they forgot the Day of Reckoning. The Noble Quran

Saad 27

وَمَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا بَٰطِلًا ذَٰلِكَ ظَنُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَوَيْلٌ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿٢٧﴾

Wama khalaqna alssamaa waalarda wama baynahuma batilan thalika thannu allatheena kafaroo fawaylun lillatheena kafaroo mina alnnari

And We created not the heaven and the earth and all that is between them without purpose! That is the consideration of those who disbelieve! Then woe to those who disbelieve (in Islamic Monotheism) from the Fire! The Noble Quran

Saad 28

أَمْ نَجْعَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ كَٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ أَمْ نَجْعَلُ ٱلْمُتَّقِينَ كَٱلْفُجَّارِ ﴿٢٨﴾

Am najAAalu allatheena amanoo waAAamiloo alssalihati kaalmufsideena fee alardi am najAAalu almuttaqeena kaalfujjari

Shall We treat those who believe (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism) and do righteous good deeds, as Mufsidun (those who associate partners in worship with Allah and commit crimes) on earth? Or shall We treat the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2), as the Fujjar (criminals, disbelievers, wicked, etc)? The Noble Quran

Saad 29

كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ إِلَيْكَ مُبَٰرَكٌ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓا۟ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ﴿٢٩﴾

Kitabun anzalnahu ilayka mubarakun liyaddabbaroo ayatihi waliyatathakkara oloo alalbabi

(This is) a Book (the Quran) which We have sent down to you, full of blessings that they may ponder over its Verses, and that men of understanding may remember. The Noble Quran

Saad 30

وَوَهَبْنَا لِدَاوُۥدَ سُلَيْمَٰنَ نِعْمَ ٱلْعَبْدُ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ ﴿٣٠﴾

Wawahabna lidawooda sulaymana niAAma alAAabdu innahu awwabun

And to Dawud (David) We gave Sulaiman (Solomon). How excellent (a) slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)! The Noble Quran

Saad 31

إِذْ عُرِضَ عَلَيْهِ بِٱلْعَشِىِّ ٱلصَّٰفِنَٰتُ ٱلْجِيَادُ ﴿٣١﴾

Ith AAurida AAalayhi bialAAashiyyi alssafinatu aljiyadu

When there were displayed before him, in the afternoon, well trained horses of the highest breed [for Jihad (holy fighting in Allah's Cause)]. The Noble Quran

Saad 32

فَقَالَ إِنِّىٓ أَحْبَبْتُ حُبَّ ٱلْخَيْرِ عَن ذِكْرِ رَبِّى حَتَّىٰ تَوَارَتْ بِٱلْحِجَابِ ﴿٣٢﴾

Faqala innee ahbabtu hubba alkhayri AAan thikri rabbee hatta tawarat bialhijabi

And he said: "Alas! I did love the good (these horses) instead of remembering my Lord (in my 'Asr prayer)" till the time was over, and (the sun) had hidden in the veil (of night). The Noble Quran

Saad 33

رُدُّوهَا عَلَىَّ فَطَفِقَ مَسْحًۢا بِٱلسُّوقِ وَٱلْأَعْنَاقِ ﴿٣٣﴾

Ruddooha AAalayya fatafiqa mashan bialssooqi waalaAAnaqi

Then he said "Bring them (horses) back to me." Then he began to pass his hand over their legs and their necks (till the end of the display). The Noble Quran

Saad 34

وَلَقَدْ فَتَنَّا سُلَيْمَٰنَ وَأَلْقَيْنَا عَلَىٰ كُرْسِيِّهِۦ جَسَدًا ثُمَّ أَنَابَ ﴿٣٤﴾

Walaqad fatanna sulaymana waalqayna AAala kursiyyihi jasadan thumma anaba

And, indeed We did try Sulaiman (Solomon) and We placed on his throne Jasadan (a devil, so he lost his kingdom for a while) but he did return (to his throne and kingdom by the Grace of Allah and he did return) to Allah with obedience and in repentance. The Noble Quran

Saad 35

قَالَ رَبِّ ٱغْفِرْ لِى وَهَبْ لِى مُلْكًا لَّا يَنۢبَغِى لِأَحَدٍ مِّنۢ بَعْدِىٓ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ ٱلْوَهَّابُ ﴿٣٥﴾

Qala rabbi ighfir lee wahab lee mulkan la yanbaghee liahadin min baAAdee innaka anta alwahhabu

He said: "My Lord! Forgive me, and bestow upon me a kingdom such as shall not belong to any other after me: Verily, You are the Bestower." The Noble Quran

Saad 36

فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ ﴿٣٦﴾

Fasakhkharna lahu alrreeha tajree biamrihi rukhaan haythu asaba

So, We subjected to him the wind, it blew gently to his order whithersoever he willed, The Noble Quran

Saad 37

وَٱلشَّيَٰطِينَ كُلَّ بَنَّآءٍ وَغَوَّاصٍ ﴿٣٧﴾

Waalshshayateena kulla bannain waghawwasin

And also the Shayatin (devils) from the jinns (including) every kind of builder and diver, The Noble Quran

Saad 38

وَءَاخَرِينَ مُقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ ﴿٣٨﴾

Waakhareena muqarraneena fee alasfadi

And also others bound in fetters. The Noble Quran

Saad 39

هَٰذَا عَطَآؤُنَا فَٱمْنُنْ أَوْ أَمْسِكْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ ﴿٣٩﴾

Hatha AAataona faomnun aw amsik bighayri hisabin

[Saying of Allah to Sulaiman (Solomon)]: "This is Our gift, so spend you or withhold, no account will be asked." The Noble Quran

Saad 40

وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلْفَىٰ وَحُسْنَ مَـَٔابٍ ﴿٤٠﴾

Wainna lahu AAindana lazulfa wahusna maabin

And verily, he enjoyed a near access to Us, and a good final return (Paradise). The Noble Quran

Saad 41

وَٱذْكُرْ عَبْدَنَآ أَيُّوبَ إِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّى مَسَّنِىَ ٱلشَّيْطَٰنُ بِنُصْبٍ وَعَذَابٍ ﴿٤١﴾

Waothkur AAabdana ayyooba ith nada rabbahu annee massaniya alshshaytanu binusbin waAAathabin

And remember Our slave Ayub (Job), when he invoked his Lord (saying): "Verily! Shaitan (Satan) has touched me with distress (by losing my health) and torment (by losing my wealth)! The Noble Quran

Saad 42

ٱرْكُضْ بِرِجْلِكَ هَٰذَا مُغْتَسَلٌۢ بَارِدٌ وَشَرَابٌ ﴿٤٢﴾

Orkud birijlika hatha mughtasalun baridun washarabun

(Allah said to him): "Strike the ground with your foot: This is a spring of water to wash in, cool and a (refreshing) drink." The Noble Quran

Saad 43

وَوَهَبْنَا لَهُۥٓ أَهْلَهُۥ وَمِثْلَهُم مَّعَهُمْ رَحْمَةً مِّنَّا وَذِكْرَىٰ لِأُو۟لِى ٱلْأَلْبَٰبِ ﴿٤٣﴾

Wawahabna lahu ahlahu wamithlahum maAAahum rahmatan minna wathikra liolee alalbabi

And We gave him (back) his family, and along with them the like thereof, as a Mercy from Us, and a Reminder for those who understand. The Noble Quran

Saad 44

وَخُذْ بِيَدِكَ ضِغْثًا فَٱضْرِب بِّهِۦ وَلَا تَحْنَثْ إِنَّا وَجَدْنَٰهُ صَابِرًا نِّعْمَ ٱلْعَبْدُ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ ﴿٤٤﴾

Wakhuth biyadika dighthan faidrib bihi wala tahnath inna wajadnahu sabiran niAAma alAAabdu innahu awwabun

"And take in your hand a bundle of thin grass and strike therewith (your wife), and break not your oath. Truly! We found him patient. How excellent (a) slave! Verily, he was ever oft-returning in repentance (to Us)! The Noble Quran

Saad 45

وَٱذْكُرْ عِبَٰدَنَآ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسْحَٰقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ أُو۟لِى ٱلْأَيْدِى وَٱلْأَبْصَٰرِ ﴿٤٥﴾

Waothkur AAibadana ibraheema waishaqa wayaAAqooba olee alaydee waalabsari

And remember Our slaves, Ibrahim (Abraham), Ishaque (Isaac), and Ya'qub (Jacob), (all) owners of strength (in worshipping Us) and (also) of religious understanding. The Noble Quran

Saad 46

إِنَّآ أَخْلَصْنَٰهُم بِخَالِصَةٍ ذِكْرَى ٱلدَّارِ ﴿٤٦﴾

Inna akhlasnahum bikhalisatin thikra alddari

Verily, We did choose them by granting them (a good thing, i.e.) the remembrance of the home [in the Hereafter and they used to make the people remember it, and also they used to invite the people to obey Allah and to do good deeds for the Hereafter]. The Noble Quran

Saad 47

وَإِنَّهُمْ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ ٱلْمُصْطَفَيْنَ ٱلْأَخْيَارِ ﴿٤٧﴾

Wainnahum AAindana lamina almustafayna alakhyari

And they are with Us, verily, of the chosen and the best! The Noble Quran

Saad 48

وَٱذْكُرْ إِسْمَٰعِيلَ وَٱلْيَسَعَ وَذَا ٱلْكِفْلِ وَكُلٌّ مِّنَ ٱلْأَخْيَارِ ﴿٤٨﴾

Waothkur ismaAAeela wailyasaAAa watha alkifli wakullun mina alakhyari

And remember Isma'il (Ishmael), Al-Yasa'a (Elisha), and Dhul-Kifl (Isaiah), all are among the best. The Noble Quran

Saad 49

هَٰذَا ذِكْرٌ وَإِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ لَحُسْنَ مَـَٔابٍ ﴿٤٩﴾

Hatha thikrun wainna lilmuttaqeena lahusna maabin

This is a Reminder, and verily, for the Muttaqun (pious and righteous persons - see V. 2:2) is a good final return (Paradise), The Noble Quran

Saad 50

جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍ مُّفَتَّحَةً لَّهُمُ ٱلْأَبْوَٰبُ ﴿٥٠﴾

Jannati AAadnin mufattahatan lahumu alabwabu

'Adn (Edn) Paradise (everlasting Gardens), whose doors will be open for them, [It is said (in Tafsir At-Tabari, Part 23, Page 174) that one can speak to the doors, just one tells it to open and close, and it will open or close as it is ordered]. The Noble Quran

Saad 51

مُتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا يَدْعُونَ فِيهَا بِفَٰكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ وَشَرَابٍ ﴿٥١﴾

Muttakieena feeha yadAAoona feeha bifakihatin katheeratin washarabin

Therein they will recline; therein they will call for fruits in abundance and drinks; The Noble Quran

Saad 52

وَعِندَهُمْ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ أَتْرَابٌ ﴿٥٢﴾

WaAAindahum qasiratu alttarfi atrabun

And beside them will be chaste females (virgins) restraining their glances only for their husbands, (and) of equal ages. The Noble Quran

Saad 53

هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِيَوْمِ ٱلْحِسَابِ ﴿٥٣﴾

Hatha ma tooAAadoona liyawmi alhisabi

This it is what you (Al-Muttaqun - the pious) are promised for the Day of Reckoning! The Noble Quran

Saad 54

إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَرِزْقُنَا مَا لَهُۥ مِن نَّفَادٍ ﴿٥٤﴾

Inna hatha larizquna ma lahu min nafadin

(It will be said to them)! Verily, this is Our Provision which will never finish; The Noble Quran

Saad 55

هَٰذَا وَإِنَّ لِلطَّٰغِينَ لَشَرَّ مَـَٔابٍ ﴿٥٥﴾

Hatha wainna lilttagheena lasharra maabin

This is so! And for the Taghun (transgressors, disobedient to Allah and His Messenger - disbelievers in the Oneness of Allah, criminals, etc.), will be an evil final return (Fire), The Noble Quran

Saad 56

جَهَنَّمَ يَصْلَوْنَهَا فَبِئْسَ ٱلْمِهَادُ ﴿٥٦﴾

Jahannama yaslawnaha fabisa almihadu

Hell! Where they will burn, and worst (indeed) is that place to rest! The Noble Quran

Saad 57

هَٰذَا فَلْيَذُوقُوهُ حَمِيمٌ وَغَسَّاقٌ ﴿٥٧﴾

Hatha falyathooqoohu hameemun waghassaqun

This is so! Then let them taste it, a boiling fluid and dirty wound discharges. The Noble Quran

Saad 58

وَءَاخَرُ مِن شَكْلِهِۦٓ أَزْوَٰجٌ ﴿٥٨﴾

Waakharu min shaklihi azwajun

And other torments of similar kind, all together! The Noble Quran

Saad 59

هَٰذَا فَوْجٌ مُّقْتَحِمٌ مَّعَكُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًۢا بِهِمْ إِنَّهُمْ صَالُوا۟ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿٥٩﴾

Hatha fawjun muqtahimun maAAakum la marhaban bihim innahum saloo alnnari

This is a troop entering with you (in Hell), no welcome for them! Verily, they shall burn in the Fire! The Noble Quran

Saad 60

قَالُوا۟ بَلْ أَنتُمْ لَا مَرْحَبًۢا بِكُمْ أَنتُمْ قَدَّمْتُمُوهُ لَنَا فَبِئْسَ ٱلْقَرَارُ ﴿٦٠﴾

Qaloo bal antum la marhaban bikum antum qaddamtumoohu lana fabisa alqararu

(The followers of the misleaders will say): "Nay, you (too)! No welcome for you! It is you (misleaders) who brought this upon us (because you misled us in the world), so evil is this place to stay in!" The Noble Quran

Saad 61

قَالُوا۟ رَبَّنَا مَن قَدَّمَ لَنَا هَٰذَا فَزِدْهُ عَذَابًا ضِعْفًا فِى ٱلنَّارِ ﴿٦١﴾

Qaloo rabbana man qaddama lana hatha fazidhu AAathaban diAAfan fee alnnari

They will say: "Our Lord! Whoever brought this upon us, add to him a double torment in the Fire!" The Noble Quran

Saad 62

وَقَالُوا۟ مَا لَنَا لَا نَرَىٰ رِجَالًا كُنَّا نَعُدُّهُم مِّنَ ٱلْأَشْرَارِ ﴿٦٢﴾

Waqaloo ma lana la nara rijalan kunna naAAudduhum mina alashrari

And they will say: "What is the matter with us that we see not men whom we used to count among the bad ones?" The Noble Quran

Saad 63

أَتَّخَذْنَٰهُمْ سِخْرِيًّا أَمْ زَاغَتْ عَنْهُمُ ٱلْأَبْصَٰرُ ﴿٦٣﴾

Attakhathnahum sikhriyyan am zaghat AAanhumu alabsaru

Did we take them as an object of mockery, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" The Noble Quran

Saad 64

إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَحَقٌّ تَخَاصُمُ أَهْلِ ٱلنَّارِ ﴿٦٤﴾

Inna thalika lahaqqun takhasumu ahli alnnari

Verily, that is the very truth, the mutual dispute of the people of the Fire! The Noble Quran

Saad 65

قُلْ إِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ مُنذِرٌ وَمَا مِنْ إِلَٰهٍ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ٱلْوَٰحِدُ ٱلْقَهَّارُ ﴿٦٥﴾

Qul innama ana munthirun wama min ilahin illa Allahu alwahidu alqahharu

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "I am only a warner and there is no Ilah (God) except Allah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah) the One, the Irresistible, The Noble Quran

Saad 66

رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْغَفَّٰرُ ﴿٦٦﴾

Rabbu alssamawati waalardi wama baynahuma alAAazeezu alghaffaru

"The Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, the All-Mighty, the Oft-Forgiving." The Noble Quran

Saad 67

قُلْ هُوَ نَبَؤٌا۟ عَظِيمٌ ﴿٦٧﴾

Qul huwa nabaon AAatheemun

Say: "That (this Quran) is a great news, The Noble Quran

Saad 68

أَنتُمْ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضُونَ ﴿٦٨﴾

Antum AAanhu muAAridoona

"From which you turn away! The Noble Quran

Saad 69

مَا كَانَ لِىَ مِنْ عِلْمٍۭ بِٱلْمَلَإِ ٱلْأَعْلَىٰٓ إِذْ يَخْتَصِمُونَ ﴿٦٩﴾

Ma kana liya min AAilmin bialmalai alaAAla ith yakhtasimoona

"I had no knowledge of the chiefs (angels) on high when they were disputing and discussing (about the creation of Adam). The Noble Quran

Saad 70

إِن يُوحَىٰٓ إِلَىَّ إِلَّآ أَنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٧٠﴾

In yooha ilayya illa annama ana natheerun mubeenun

"Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." The Noble Quran

Saad 71

إِذْ قَالَ رَبُّكَ لِلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ إِنِّى خَٰلِقٌۢ بَشَرًا مِّن طِينٍ ﴿٧١﴾

Ith qala rabbuka lilmalaikati innee khaliqun basharan min teenin

(Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". The Noble Quran

Saad 72

فَإِذَا سَوَّيْتُهُۥ وَنَفَخْتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِى فَقَعُوا۟ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ ﴿٧٢﴾

Faitha sawwaytuhu wanafakhtu feehi min roohee faqaAAoo lahu sajideena

So when I have fashioned him and breathed into him (his) soul created by Me, then you fall down prostrate to him." The Noble Quran

Saad 73

فَسَجَدَ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ كُلُّهُمْ أَجْمَعُونَ ﴿٧٣﴾

Fasajada almalaikatu kulluhum ajmaAAoona

So the angels prostrated themselves, all of them: The Noble Quran

Saad 74

إِلَّآ إِبْلِيسَ ٱسْتَكْبَرَ وَكَانَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿٧٤﴾

Illa ibleesa istakbara wakana mina alkafireena

Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. The Noble Quran

Saad 75

قَالَ يَٰٓإِبْلِيسُ مَا مَنَعَكَ أَن تَسْجُدَ لِمَا خَلَقْتُ بِيَدَىَّ أَسْتَكْبَرْتَ أَمْ كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلْعَالِينَ ﴿٧٥﴾

Qala ya ibleesu ma manaAAaka an tasjuda lima khalaqtu biyadayya astakbarta am kunta mina alAAaleena

(Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" The Noble Quran

Saad 76

قَالَ أَنَا۠ خَيْرٌ مِّنْهُ خَلَقْتَنِى مِن نَّارٍ وَخَلَقْتَهُۥ مِن طِينٍ ﴿٧٦﴾

Qala ana khayrun minhu khalaqtanee min narin wakhalaqtahu min teenin

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "I am better than he, You created me from fire, and You created him from clay." The Noble Quran

Saad 77

قَالَ فَٱخْرُجْ مِنْهَا فَإِنَّكَ رَجِيمٌ ﴿٧٧﴾

Qala faokhruj minha fainnaka rajeemun

(Allah) said: "Then get out from here, for verily, you are outcast. The Noble Quran

Saad 78

وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكَ لَعْنَتِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ ﴿٧٨﴾

Wainna AAalayka laAAnatee ila yawmi alddeeni

"And verily!, My Curse is on you till the Day of Recompense." The Noble Quran

Saad 79

قَالَ رَبِّ فَأَنظِرْنِىٓ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿٧٩﴾

Qala rabbi faanthirnee ila yawmi yubAAathoona

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "My Lord! Give me then respite till the Day the (dead) are resurrected." The Noble Quran

Saad 80

قَالَ فَإِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنظَرِينَ ﴿٨٠﴾

Qala fainnaka mina almunthareena

(Allah) said: "Verily! You are of those allowed respite The Noble Quran

Saad 81

إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ ٱلْوَقْتِ ٱلْمَعْلُومِ ﴿٨١﴾

Ila yawmi alwaqti almaAAloomi

"Till the Day of the time appointed." The Noble Quran

Saad 82

قَالَ فَبِعِزَّتِكَ لَأُغْوِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٨٢﴾

Qala fabiAAizzatika laoghwiyannahum ajmaAAeena

[Iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, The Noble Quran

Saad 83

إِلَّا عِبَادَكَ مِنْهُمُ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ ﴿٨٣﴾

Illa AAibadaka minhumu almukhlaseena

"Except Your chosen slaves amongst them (faithful, obedient, true believers of Islamic Monotheism)." The Noble Quran

Saad 84

قَالَ فَٱلْحَقُّ وَٱلْحَقَّ أَقُولُ ﴿٨٤﴾

Qala faalhaqqu waalhaqqa aqoolu

(Allah) said: "The Truth is, and the Truth I say, The Noble Quran

Saad 85

لَأَمْلَأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنكَ وَمِمَّن تَبِعَكَ مِنْهُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٨٥﴾

Laamlaanna jahannama minka wamimman tabiAAaka minhum ajmaAAeena

That I will fill Hell with you [Iblis (Satan)] and those of them (mankind) that follow you, together." The Noble Quran

Saad 86

قُلْ مَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلْمُتَكَلِّفِينَ ﴿٨٦﴾

Qul ma asalukum AAalayhi min ajrin wama ana mina almutakallifeena

Say (O Muhammad SAW): "No wage do I ask of you for this (the Quran), nor am I one of the Mutakallifun (those who pretend and fabricate things which do not exist). The Noble Quran

Saad 87

إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٨٧﴾

In huwa illa thikrun lilAAalameena

"It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). The Noble Quran

Saad 88

وَلَتَعْلَمُنَّ نَبَأَهُۥ بَعْدَ حِينٍۭ ﴿٨٨﴾

WalataAAlamunna nabaahu baAAda heenin

"And you shall certainly know the truth of it after a while. The Noble Quran
